Welcome to sizi99. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sizi99 ("sizi99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://sizi99.click (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or reward amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and address verification process required before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, software, and all services operated by sizi99 at https://sizi99.click.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on sizi99, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age. sizi99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21.
2. Be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted.
3. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Australia, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.
5. Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of sizi99, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming operator.

Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and a valid mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal, sizi99 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Telekom) or bank statement issued within the preceding 3 months.
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document alongside your face.
• For cryptocurrency withdrawals: proof of ownership of the originating wallet address.

KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. sizi99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify sizi99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sizi99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

Terms of Use

Access to the Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, content, trademarks, and game assets, remain the exclusive property of sizi99 or its licensed providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without sizi99's prior written consent. Automated access to the Platform using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools is strictly prohibited.

sizi99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a target uptime of 99.9%, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Deposits

sizi99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and BNB (BEP20).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent of MYR 30 at the time of confirmation).
• The maximum deposit amount may vary by payment method and player tier. Maximum limits are displayed within the cashier interface.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments are prohibited and may be refunded net of any applicable processing fees.
• sizi99 does not accept deposits derived from criminal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening.
• Deposits are processed immediately for e-wallet and DuitNow payments. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations.

6.2 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation. sizi99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification (see Clause 4) and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, unless an exemption is expressly approved by sizi99's compliance team.

7.1 Processing Times

• DuitNow & e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): processed within minutes of approval.
• Online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX): typically 1 to 3 business hours after approval.
• Cryptocurrency: broadcast to the blockchain within 30 minutes of approval; confirmation time depends on network conditions.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100. Maximum single withdrawal: RM30,000. Daily aggregate withdrawal limits may apply depending on player tier and KYC status. Diamond VIP members benefit from elevated daily limits and priority processing.

7.3 Withdrawal Verification

sizi99 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional identity or source-of-funds verification. Where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, the Player will be notified within 24 hours with a reason and expected resolution timeline.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free bets offered by sizi99 are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails with respect to that promotion only.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit, game restrictions, and geographical limitations) are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games 10–20%, and certain other games 0%. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• sizi99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it reasonably believes a Player is attempting to abuse the promotional structure, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped. The applicable cap is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the Platform at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only, one per household, IP address, and payment method. sizi99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market. Game-specific rules are available within the game interface or the respective sports betting market.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when the Platform returns a confirmed bet reference number. Bets placed during system errors, at manifestly incorrect odds, or after an event has concluded are void and will be refunded at the original stake. sizi99 reserves the right to void or limit bets where system errors or technical failures have resulted in clearly erroneous odds or outcomes.

9.2 Sports Betting

In-play betting on events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events is subject to live odds feeds updated in real time. sizi99 is not responsible for any delay between live events and odds updates. Decisions on disputed sports bets are final once confirmed by the relevant official governing body of the sport in question.

9.3 Casino Games

All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not guaranteed for any individual gaming session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling sizi99 to suspend or permanently close the offending Account and forfeit any associated balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or that of another person.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to facilitate the conversion of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Charging back or reversing payments after a bet has been settled, or disputing legitimate charges with your payment provider without first contacting sizi99 support.
• Exploiting software bugs or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards sizi99 staff or other players.

Responsible Gambling

sizi99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at any time.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum allowable loss per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which access is temporarily suspended.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform during active sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

11.2 Age Verification

sizi99 is strictly a 21+ platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and during KYC. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned net of any charges, with a report filed with relevant authorities where required.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sizi99.click/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communications relating to your Account and applicable promotions.

sizi99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is stored using AES-256 encryption and transmitted via 256-bit SSL connections.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sizi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside of sizi99's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by third-party sports governing bodies affecting the outcome of sporting events.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security credentials.
• Changes in exchange rates affecting cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal values.

In all cases, sizi99's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar year shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to sizi99 during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by sizi99

sizi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• sizi99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A regulatory obligation requires the suspension of the Account.
• A Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting sizi99 support.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, any balance held in the Account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. sizi99 will use reasonable endeavours to conclude investigations within 30 business days.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting sizi99 Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Curaçao. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable local law.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact sizi99 Customer Support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. sizi99 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

sizi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered Account address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Amendments do not apply retrospectively to bets already placed and settled.
